Recently AC -PR & Creative Boutique Director , Anthony Caton was invited to his old university (Leeds Beckett) to deliver his 4th guest lecture for MA International Public Relations students.
On his visit, Anthony said ” It was as been an honour to return to the newly named Leeds Beckett University and share my experience and insights related to PR & Entrepreneurship and Fashion, to the MA PR Students. I could hear a lot of good idea going around the room in relation to the task I set, and I truly believe that I presented to some of the PR/Marketing mavens of the future. The BA PR course I undertook stood me in good stead with developing my skills and preparing me for the industry. I would highly recommend the BA or MA course to anybody looking to forge a career in Public Relations.
Anthony invited one of his fashion clients, Benaiah Matheson to speak on his insight on creating a brand built on a foundation of original ideas.
Benaiah said, “It was great to discuss the importance of original ideas and my own brand. “I don’t know everything but it seems to me that it’s innate in us all to create and be creative.” Benaiah Added, ” Happiness with little regard for assumptions delivers clarity and It’s times like now in the world where focus on ones self as a balanced, pure and healthy entity is quite literally all that matters.”
Anthony added ” I’m sure I inspired some students today and the message resonated that entrepreneurship is an option to them. The activities I prepared for the group were constructed to get the MA students into the mindset of a PR practitioner and stimulate their strategic, management and creative juices. I look forward to coming back next year”.
